| This is the best auto repair shop I've ever experienced! We were referred to them earlier this year and it's been an enjoyable, honest, and easy experience since day 1! Our first call was to get a price comparison on a repair that was recommended to us by a chain auto shop and not only was CAR's quote less than the chain auto shop, but they also did their own assessment and determined the repair WASN'T necessary! They were honest with us from the start and saved us money on our first visit to them by saving us from unnecessary repairs! After that, we ended up needing 3 more repairs due to squirrels eating our fan belt 3 times from January to March. This is when we really got to see how friendly, reliable, professional, and trustworthy they are. Tim, the owner made us a priority to get our car fixed the same day so that we had a running car. He and his staff also gave us recommendations to keep squirrels away from our car. They cared and wanted to help us prevent this from happening again! We were so grateful for their advice! Sadly, the squirrels were very determined and did it 2 more times, but then the unexpected happened. Tim didn't charge us for the second two repairs!! This shows again how much he cares! It seems like you never see auto shops have this kind of compassion. Tim is the kind of guy that will help you solve a problem. He doesn't look at his customers as dollar signs. He will always be honest with you and do everything he can to help you and make sure you're happy with the service. He has great communication skills and the friendliness is an added bonus! Also, the waiting are makes you feel like you're at home in your living room. Never have I ever felt so comfortable at an auto repair shop! I tell you, this place is a diamond in the ruff! We are forever grateful that we found CAR's. We trust Tim and his staff 100% and it's so relieving to know that we found a reliable auto repair shop. |

| A lot of companies say they treat you like family. Comprehensive Auto Repair really does ! I had to take my Honda in for a clutch repair, a very labor intensive job. I had my Honda back 3 days. On top of that Tim made sure I had a ride home, since I would have to leave my vehicle for a couple days. I can not say enough about the service and integrity of the shop. Good old fashion customer service. I wouldn't take my vehicle any where else. |

| I am personally a mechanic and my wife?s vehicle has now had two issues (starter failed, and control arm). They are quick to diagnose the car and have it back on the road with CORRECT REPAIRS and more than fair pricing! Very impressed by how they conduct business and more importantly treated my wife! Will recommend them to anyone and everyone that needs quality work done on their vehicle. |
